The output style that I need isn't in EndNote. Can I add it?

Yes. If somebody provides an output style that you should use and it is already in the EndNote format (.ens) you can copy it to the Styles folder in your EndNote directory. It is also possible to either create a new style or edit an existing one. To do this: In EndNote go to Edit > Output Styles > either create or edit
