Can I sync multiple libraries to my EndNote account?
No you can't! Only one library can be synchronized to your EndNote account. If you already have a library sync and you try to do another one, EndNote will ask you if it should merge the libraries. If you don't want this, either delete all references on your endnote online account or you need to reset your synchronisation.
