Can I export my references in EndNote to another reference manager?

Yes you can! Select the references you want to export and click under File > Export. Now there are two ways, depending on what reference manager you want to send the references to. But the easiest way is: "Save as type: Text File",  Output Style:  "RefMan (RIS) Export" (this probably isn't in the short list, click on select another style and look for it in the list). Now make sure you change the extension of the file before saving. Change .txt to .ris. So for example: Save it as: My EndNote Library.ris. You can use this .ris file to import your references into another program.

Another option is: Save as type: XML (.xml).  Mendeley for example can import an EndNote .xml file.
