The name showing in Pure is not the one I use for publishing, how do I change my name?

All personal data in Pure comes from the UMCG HR-system. If the name in Pure is not correct, then there is a good chance it is also not correct in the HR-system. You can try changing it in InSite or contact HR.

In Pure there is a field called: "Default publisher's name". If you go to 'Edit profile' you will have the option to fill in the default publishing name. This will help Pure connect your research to your profile.

Another solution is to create an ORCID and register it in Pure. ORCID is an identifier for researchers that helps you uniquely identify you. More information about ORCID on the LibGuide.
